About halfway down Howard discusses the process of purchasing a full auto machine gun. These are not weapons being sold to Mexican drug lords by American citizens. There are some folk saying well you can do a little machining on an AR receiver and presto chango you got yourself a M-16 a) it isn't true you need several other parts and b) anyone with a machine shop that could do all the stuff required to create an M-16 out of an AR15 could make a machine gun from scratch way cheaper and with less chance of it malfunctioning.
I am not even going into asking why we need to shred our Constitution for another country. Haven't we shredded the Constitution enough the last 30 years?
